  4. When the Orphans’ Court issues a body attachment the Sheriffs’ Department is now requesting either a date of birth or social security number for the Personal Representative who is being served. The Register of Wills is not authorized to obtain a date of birth or social security number for the personal representative. Is there a mechanism in place to be able to proceed or would this require a rule change?
